The Octagon House Museum, 919 Charles St., Watertown, Wisconsin, will be the setting of the Watertown Historical Society’s annual ice cream social and homemade cake social on Sunday, August 8, at 2:00 pm.

Civil War era music will be performed by the 1st Brigade Band. The band “makes history live” by playing period brass band music on antique instruments while dressed in Civil War era uniforms and gowns.
